Molly Stentz on Voters with Disabilities
An estimated 40 million people with disabilities are eligable to vote in this election, but not all of them cast their votes, even though they want to. Surveys from the last presidential election indicate that voter turnout among the people with disabilities is 10-20% less than the national average. And this year, blind voters in Wisconsin are reporting problems with electronic voting machines. From Madison, Molly Stentz Reports.
